Booths are assigned on a first-come, first serve basis. Booth reservations are confirmed once payment is received in full.
Exhibitor Fees
- Corporate Exhibitors - $500 each
- Non-profit/Government Exhibitors - $300 each
- Women Business Exhibitors - $250 each
An Exhibit Booth Includes the Following:
- One(1) one-day conference registration and one (1) exhibit-hall only staff badges
- 8' x 10' booth, one 6' skirted table, two chairs and one 7" x 44" sign for identification of booth placement
- Recognition in the conference on-site program book
Deadline:
- Deadline for booth reservation is September 15, 2006, to guarantee inclusion in the on-site program book
Exhibit Hall Hours
- Exhibitors make a significant investment to attend our conference. We will schedule our exhibit hall hours to not compete against education sessions or other activities.
Payment Policy
- Exhibit space will not be assigned without payment in full. Full payment must be received in order to occupy booth space. Conference organizer reserves the right to resell and/or reassign exhibit space at its sole discretion for reservations that are not paid in full by the September 15, 2006, deadline.
Cancellation Policy
- All refund requests must be received in writing by September 15, 2006. Cancellations are subject to a $150 service charge. Please fax your written request to Jade Zhou at 301-424-5979. Selling of Merchandise On or Off the Show Floor
- Selling merchandise outside of the conference exhibit hall, through the use of hospitality suites or other areas, is prohibited. Advertising to conference attendees or hotel guests through posting fliers in common areas of the hotel or distribution of marketing materials under guest room doors is strictly forbidden. Exhibitors are responsible for paying all applicable sales taxes.
Hospitality Suites and On/Off Property Events
- Hospitality suites and/or off property entertainment activities are not permitted during hours when the Exhibit Hall is open or when official conference programming and special events are taking place.
