Exhibiting Opportunities
Booths are assigned on a first-come, first serve basis. Booth reservations are confirmed once payment is received in full.

Exhibitor Fees
- Corporate Exhibitors - $1000 each
- Non-profit/Government Exhibitors - $300 each
- Women Business Exhibitors - $250 each
An Exhibit Booth Includes the Following:
- One(1) full conference registration and two (2) exhibit-hall only staff badges
- 8’ x 10’ booth, one 6’ skirted table, two chairs and one 7” x 44” sign for identification of booth placement
- Recognition in the conference on-site program book
Deadline:
- Deadline for booth reservation is September 1, 2009, to guarantee inclusion in the on-site program book.
Exhibit Hall Hours
- Exhibitors make a significant investment to attend our conference. We will schedule our exhibit hall hours to not compete against education sessions or other activities.
