Paul started his career in 1987 as engineer in Wuxi Radio Factory, China. He improved the production process by exploring MRP system. From 1998 to 2003, Paul was the senior software engineer in BancTec, US, where he improved BancTec’s Remittance and PayCourier system. From 2003 to 2007, Paul was the head of IT department of Huawei Technology USA. His responsibilities cover all perspectives of IT department for an international company. Paul played key roles to create a diversified IT labor force and good working environment to combine strengths from Huawei, a very strong Chinese management style, and US local culture and management practices. Prior to joining Cisco, William worked with The Hong Kong Jockey Club and was responsible for leading the club's eCommerce strategies and systems for its betting and entertainment business. Over the past 2 years, he successfully revamped the Jockey Club's Internet Betting services and developed numerous wireless betting and infotainment services using GPRS, 3G, Paging and Wireless LAN technologies.
